We are lifting up your mom Mary in prayer, trusting that God will heal her from the cold, cough, sore throat, and skin allergies she is experiencing. We stand in agreement with you for her speedy recovery.
Let us remember the words of Jesus, who said, For assuredly, I tell you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you, (Matthew 17:20 WEB). We have faith that God can heal Mary completely, just as He did for many during Jesus' ministry on earth.
We pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing touch for Mary. You are the Great Physician, and there is no sickness or disease that can stand against Your power. We rebuke the spirits of infirmity and illness that are attacking Mary's body, and we command them to leave in Jesus' name.
We ask that You forgive Mary if she may have sinned in any way, as sickness can come as a consequence of sin according to Psalms 107:17-20. We pray that she pursues righteousness and that You grant her speedy and complete recovery. We also ask for restoration and healing of her skin allergy.
We pray that Mary will give all the glory to You, Lord, for the healing that You will perform in her life. We also pray that she will draw closer to You during this time and grow stronger in her faith.
Lord Jesus, thank You for Your love and compassion. Thank You for how You lived on this earth to show us the Father's will and to save us from our sins and their consequences. Thank You for Your salvation that we can have by believing in Your death and resurrection from the dead. We trust and believe in Your name for Mary's healing.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Carols, as we pray for Mary's healing, we also encourage you to trust in God's will and timing. Continue to intercede for her and declare God's promises over her life. We also encourage you to pray in the name of Jesus Christ for all your prayers as it is only by His name we have access to God and that He will hear our prayers.
As the Word of God says in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Lastly, we remind you of the words of James, the brother of Jesus:
Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective. (James 5:14-16 WEB)
If it is God's will, Mary will be healed by the power of Jesus Christ working in her life and He will use us to accomplish this.
