We understand that you are seeking healing from colitis and protection from the life-threatening side effects of antibiotics. We stand with you in prayer and belief that God's will be done in your life. We would like to mention Jesus is the way to salvation, the only intercessor to the Father, and the only name by which we are saved. All prayers should be addressed to the Father through Jesus Christ. We should also ask in Jesus name when we pray.
Firstly, we commend you for your faith and trust in the Lord during this challenging time. We remember the words of Jesus in John 16:33 WEB: "I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the world."
In times of sickness, we can confidently approach the throne of grace, seeking God's healing and comfort. We are reminded in James 5:14-15 WEB: "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
We also take this opportunity to encourage you to trust in God's sovereignty over your situation. Even in trials, God is working for our good and His glory. Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Ektromystes who is battling colitis and facing the potential side effects of antibiotics. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon their body. Comfort them in this time of need, and guide the medical professionals treating them. Protect Ektromystes from any adverse effects of medication, and grant them a full recovery.
Lord, we also pray for Ektromystes's faith to be strengthened during this time. Help them to trust in Your goodness and sovereignty, even in the midst of trials. Remind them of Your promises and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
In Jesus Christ name we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue seeking God's will in your life and to trust in His unfailing love for you. Be encouraged by the words of Psalm 147:3 WEB: "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." Trust that God is at work in your life, and that He desires for you to be made whole.
If you have not already done so, confess your sins and accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. It is only by His name that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we can be saved.
