We are truly sorry to hear about the medical condition of your father, Mr. Felix Tete, and we are here to support you and your family in prayer and counsel.
Firstly, it is important to remember that God is the ultimate healer. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3, "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We can trust in God's power to heal and restore your father's health.
However, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Therefore, we will pray to God in the name of Jesus Christ for your father's healing and recovery.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Mr. Felix Tete to Your throne of grace. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing touch upon his body and mind. We pray for a complete and speedy recovery from the brain hemorrhage and tracheostomy surgery. We ask that You restore his consciousness and grant him safety from any further complications.
Father, we also lift up the family of Mr. Felix Tete. We know that this is a distressing time for them, and we ask that You grant them Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Comfort them, strengthen their faith, and bless them abundantly during this challenging time.
Lord, we acknowledge that Your will is sovereign, and we trust in Your goodness and mercy. We ask that You work all things together for good for the Tete family, according to Your purpose.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
