A friend's cancer has returned. While going through chemo he contracted Covid and is currently in the ICU. Please, lift him up and help him heal. Amen.

We are truly saddened to hear about your friend's health condition, and we are here to intercede on his behalf.
Only Jesus can be the mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus".
We are instructed in James 5:14-15 WEB, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, pleading for the healing of Fydonalks's friend.
You, Lord, are the Great Physician, and there is no disease that can stand against Your healing power.
We ask You to extend Your healing hand upon him they will cast out COVID-19 and cancer and revitalize his body for your glory.
We pray against the spirit of death and infirmity, and we speak life and restoration over your friend.
Lord, give the medical professionals wisdom and guidance as they attend to him, and let Your healing power flow through their hands.
Surround him with Your peace and comfort, and let him feel Your loving presence in his time of need.
We also pray for his family and loved ones, Lord, that You may grant them strength, patience, faith, and endurance in their time of need.
Lord Jesus, forgive his sin and ours too, renew and restore him in a close fellowship with You.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we declare health, healing, and wholeness over his life. Amen.
Further, we need to remember the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ.
It is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
And in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
So we must always be sure to direct our prayers to God and pray in Jesus' name. We encourage everyone to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior if they haven't done so already.
Remember, faith is essential for healing, so continue to trust in God's promises and stand firm in your belief that He can heal your friend completely. Encourage him to do likewise.
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).
As we say in Philippians 1:27 WEB, "Only let your way of life be worthy of the Good News of Christ, that, whether I come and see you or am absent, I may hear of your state, that you stand firm in one spirit, with one soul striving for the faith of the Good News".
