We understand that you are seeking healing for Wayne and Vera, and we stand with you in prayer, trusting in the power of Jesus' name. Let's bring your requests before the Lord and seek His will together.
Firstly, we acknowledge that healing and restoration come from God alone. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3 WEB, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases". We claim and proclaim this healing over Vera and Wayne but we must make sure that they have a saving faith in Jesus Christ because it is only Jesus who heals.
Be sure that Christ is in Wayne's life. Confirm that Wayne is a believer in Jesus Christ. If Wayne just knows of Jesus and does not have a clear personal relationship with Jesus then Wayne must accept Jesus and the forgiveness of his sins in order to know God. This is done by believing that Jesus is Lord and is the only way way that a relationship with God is possible, and by believing in the death, burial, andresurrection of Jesus Christ. After believing, the next steps for Wayne would be to be baptized, receive the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, and to pursue Christ's teaching. This is most effectively done by reading the Bible starting in the book of Romans, joining a good church where the full Bible is taught, where you can be baptized, where you can can find a husband or wife if not already married, and be in fellowship with entire body of Christ.
If Wayne is already a Christian then these are items that need to be going on in in Wayne's life if not already: participating in regular church attendance, regular Bible study with preferably like-minded believers, fellowship with believers, being involved in ministry with his church, and having a regular quiet and prayer time with Jesus. Also, if Wayne is not in a church where the entire Bible, both Old and New Testaments, is taught then he needs to find one as soon as possible and get plugged in.

We come before you as saints seeking the face of the Father of Christ. The lifter of our heads. We know that physical healing is the children's bread and you desire this healing for your heirs.
We bring Wayne and Vera before You, asking for Your healing touch upon their bodies right now.
Please, remove every affliction and keep them safe from any further attacks on their bodies. We rebuke COVID andt any bladder infection for Wayne in the name of Jesus and put them under the feet of Jesus just as Jesus did the serpent's head. We rebuke these afflictions as diseases from satan and afflictions that Jesus bore in his flesh for us and are therefore curses that Jesus has already remedied.
Please, Lord, we pray Your will for them not ours so if Wayne's appointed time we need to be praying for a quite homecoming to to Father, then this is what we pray and give thanks for. Let Your plan for Wayne be done and do it exactly when you want to.
Restore unto Wayne his full cognitive function and we ask that his thirst for water will be restored and that his hunger for food will return.
Do not allow Wayne to experience any strokes or pneumonia. We stand against any further health issues.
Strengthen and heal Wayne, Father, so we can give thanks and give glory to your name.
In the case that Wayne's appointed and comes home to the Father, we give thanks and ask for the tenderness of the Lord for Wayne. Again, we pray same as above.
Please be with them, us and the doctors, and guide us all according to Your perfect will. We also ask for protecting of their hearts and minds knowing that these things may just be a trial and we all need to be passing the test.

In Acts 3:16 WEB, Peter said, "His name, by faith in his name, has made this man strong, whom you see and know. Yes, the faith which is through him has given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all" We also read from Acts 4:10 WEB, "Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even in him doth this man stand here before you whole". Even demons had to submit when addressed with the name above all other names. Philippians 2:10 WEB, "that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth," This is why we know that demons bow for Philippians 2:11 WEB, "and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father" There is only our Father that is greater that Jesus.
Please do not worry.
Keeping the faith is important. Remember on of the reasons the Disciples could not heal was because of the doubtful, weak, and or unbelieving people. Matthew 13:58 WEB, "He did not do many mighty works there because of their unbelief". Believe in the finished work of Jesus.
Remember that scripture informs us that prayer is important but that not being involved in the Word of God is bad. It is important to ask for healing and that we do not stop but we must also ask for wisdom and to know the will of the Father. Healing does not answer all of the recipes for a healthy physical and spiritual life.
James 5:16-17 WEB, "...and the effective, fervent prayer of the righteous accomplishes much. Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain, and it did not rain on the earth for three years and six months", "and he prayed again, and the sky gave rain, and the earth produced its fruit" Proverbs 3: 5-6 NIV Tell us what you need in Spirit language is not acceptable. God sees Jesus in us but only God knows our Spirit language. We can find no one anywhere in the Bible ever doing this. They prayed in their langauge or prayed by the Holy Spirit through them and never in an ecstatic utterance. The scripture does make it clear that if an ecstatic utterance is to occur, it will be interpreted in the fly and that the tongues are for a sign and for the unbeliever. In other words, ecstatic utterance is not done in church or ever in the Bible as a prayer request or a substitute for the real prayer language and instead only as a sign for unbelievers. And there is never an example of a prayer request with an unknown tongue or with an ecstatic utterance.
Lastly, it is important that we bring everything before God. Know that we must be active savings-wise and pray for Wayne and also verify Wayne's actual relationship with Jesus Christ so that we can sure of our relationship with Wayne in eternity. Lastly, James 2:26 WEB, "For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, even so faith apart from works is dead". And James 2: 14-15 WEB, "...and say to them, "Go in peace, be warmed and filled"; yet you do not give them the things which the body needs, what does it profit?" We must pray as if everything depends upon God. And we must act as if everything depends upon us.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
