It is by His stripes that we are healed, as spoken in Isaiah 53:5 WEB: "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."
Your mother's past traumas seem to have a profound impact on her actions and your family's dynamics. It's crucial to remember that God is the ultimate healer of broken hearts and minds. Psalm 34:18 WEB tells us, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
However, we must also address that enabling an abuser for material gain is not aligned with God's will. It is written in Romans 12:9 WEB, "Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil. Cling to that which is good." Your request primarily seems to be focused on your mother, but it is also important that it be understood that we are not to partake in the unfruitful workers of darkness, but should rather expose them. This means that injustice should be directly confronted rather than allowing for and enabling abusive, harmful, destructive, and illegal behavior. Ephesians 5:11-13 WEB states "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather even reprove them. For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of. But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that is revealed is light."
Concerning spiritual healing, ensure that your mother and you are immersed in the Word of God and in fellowship with believers who can provide support and accountability. If your mother is not born again, then it's important for her to understand the salvation message. We are saved by grace through faith in Jesus and because He gave His life for us on the Cross. It is also through Him, in Jesus Name (IJN), and only through Him that we can be saved and pray to God. Jesus saith unto him (Thomas), I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6 WEB Simultaneously, as her child, you should honor her and pray for her, setting a godly example. 1 Peter 3:1-2 WEB states "In like manner, wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; so that, even if any don't obey the Word, they may be won by the behavior of their wives without a word; seeing your pure behavior in fear. Let your beauty be not just the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on fine clothing; 4 but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God very precious." Though this scripture refers to the relationship as the bride of Christ and to marriage, the same principles would apply here as well.

"Father, we come before you lifting up ###, asking for your healing touch on her emotions, mind, and spirit. Help her to break free from past traumas and be renewed by your Word. Give her the strength to cut off ungodly influences and to walk in your ways. Surround her and ###, with your love, protection, and guidance. Bring godly influences into their lives and restore their family, convicting ### by your healing power through Your Holy Spirit in Jesus Name, amen."
Lastly, consider involving local church leaders or advisors, as well as professional counselors, to help your mother and your family navigate this healing process. Be encouraged and Remember Nothing Is Impossible With God!
