Thank you for bringing these needs before us.
We are called to pray with faith, believing that God can heal any disease. As Jesus said in Mark 9:23 WEB, "All things are possible to him who believes." We stand with you in faith, believing that God can reverse the scoliosis for your daughter and heal your in-law from cancer/tumor.
Let's pray:
"Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your healing power for ###'s daughter and in-law. Lord, you said in your word that whatever we ask in prayer, believing, we shall receive Matt 21:22. We ask for your healing hand to be upon them, reversing the scoliosis and removing the cancer/tumor. We curse these diseases at the root, and command them to dry up and leave their bodies, in the name of Jesus. We also pray that you would be glorified in this situation that all might know you by name and have a saving faith in the gospel of Jesus Christ. As it is only believing in Jesus that we can be saved and healed.
We also pray for their spirits, that they may be renewed and strengthened according to Ephesians 3:16 "That he would grant you according to the riches of his glory to be strengthened with power by his Spirit in the inward man." We pray that this trial will draw them closer to you and that more souls will come to know you and believe in your Son, Jesus Christ. Our hearts yearn for fulfilment of God's promise in Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God."
In Jesus' mighty name we pray, amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
