We join you in prayer, Anne11, and we appreciate your heart for others as you seek healing and provision. In Jesus Christ healing can be physical or spiritual. In fact, Jesus often healed physical ailments and it is by His stripes that we are healed. We acknowledge that you have the assurance that as you ask in Jesus Christ name healing is a possibility. Let us approach God together in Jesus's name with your requests.
Firstly, we address your statement about not deserving healing. We want to remind you that none of us deserve God's grace, but He freely gives it to us because He loves us. As it is written in Ephesians 2:8-9 WEB: "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast." We also find in Romans 5:8 WEB: "But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." and in Titus 3:5: "He saved us—not by works of righteousness that we had done, but according to his mercy—through the washing of regeneration and renewal by the Holy Spirit". Regardless of anything you have done in the past, God desires to heal and bless you. We are sorry this was not made clear before. We mention this to bring encouragement and the good news of Jesus Christ. Because of His sacrificial death on the cross, we have access to undeserved favor and blessings with God this way. We repent of minimizing the greatness of what God will do for us through Jesus Christ death on he cross.
Now let us approach God about the psoriasis you are dealing with. We pray for your healing, knowing that God's power is not limited by our circumstances. We find encouragement in the word of God from Psalm 103:2-3: "Bless Yahweh, my soul, Don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases," and in Matthew 11:28-30: Jesus said "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Rest in God's promises for you, Anne.
Regarding your prayer for a better-paying job, we trust that God, our provider, knows our needs and will supply them according to His riches in glory. He has a plan to give you hope and a future. Please take the comfort from the following words from Philippians 4:19 WEB: "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." and in Psalm 37:4: "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, And he will give you the desires of your heart." Work should be considered as an act of service to God. Therefore, we must seek His wisdom and guidance in our career paths. We pray that God will open the right doors for you and guide you to a job that not only meets your financial needs but also allows you to use your talents for His glory.
Lastly, we appreciate your heart to bless everyone, including your enemies. We encourage to seek God to love and bless your enemies with our words and our life.We find support for this in the bible where Jesus said in Matthew 5:44-45 44 "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, that you may be children of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust." Never be concerned with what those around us do. Just follow the commands of God as in everyone of our actions as disciples of Jesus Christ.
We present our direct prayer to God:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Anne11 to You. Thank You, Lord, for Your undeserved grace and mercy towards us. We ask for Your healing touch on Anne11, that You would heal the psoriasis and restore her health. We pray for Your provision, that You would open the right doors for a better-paying job where she can use her talents for Your glory. Help her to find comfort, not in riches, but in Your loving presence. We also pray that You would give her the strength and grace to bless her enemies and love them as You do. Help us love others the way you want and to look pass the flaws and weakness of others and love them as God is able to graciously love us. We ask all this in our Lord have Jesus Christ and bring honor to Your name in the process. Amen.
