We are truly touched by your sincere cry for help and your surrender to Jesus Christ. First, we want to assure you that your healing and restoration are possible through faith in Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and it is only by believing in Jesus Christ with all of your heart that you can be saved. As the Bible tells us, Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. When you believe in Jesus Christ, God will give you the Holy Spirit and you will become a new creation. Your resurrection has already begun because everyone that believes in Jesus Christ will be saved and changed by God. We pray for all the healing and deliverance you need in Jesus name while offering the advice we have to help you in your faith.
In the Bible, God's word tells us that He cares for us and that we should not worry but instead give our anxiety to Him. Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. Do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. Regarding your health, we pray that God will grant you complete healing. The teaching of the Word is clear speak to your sickle cell anemia, liver, kidneys diseases, and say by the name of Jesus Christ be healed. Say, Jesus Christ already took away my pain and bore my diseases; therefore, I am healed and made whole. My Amen is in heaven. I am healed. It is evident He continues to carry you through your challenges because God's word says Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you. He will never permit the righteous to be moved.
Concerning marriage, we want to encourage you that God has a plan for you. Wait for the Lord. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for the Lord. Maybe marriage is a possibility. God may need to do more work in the man to become your husband, but that does not mean God cannot do it. So please trust in God and his timing do not give up.
Regarding your financial struggles and dependence on your younger ones, we pray that God will open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing, such that there will not be room enough to receive it. Trust in the Lord, and do good. Dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture. Also delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: He will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun. Abstain from all appearance of evil.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister Yuwanerwe before Your throne of grace. Lord, we thank You for her faith, continuing belief in, and surrender to Jesus Christ. Father, we ask that You grant her complete healing from every disease and every affliction in her body. In Jesus name we pray You loose any hold from the spirit of stagnation, spirit of rejection, curses/spells/ or potents or anything else from the devil's wickedness that may be on her. We know that by saying the name of Jesus the affliction and/or disease has to leave. Lord, we ask that you would open up opportunities for her to find meaningful work or other resources for her to be able to help herself financially and receive a blessing. Father, we ask that You would bring a godly man into her life, who will love and cherish her as Christ loves the church, respecting his future spouse as You would want him to.
in Jesus Christ name we pray thanking You for all that You will do.

Yuwanerwe remember to keep the following scripture in your mind continually. It is written Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your healing—for by his wounds your healing will manifest in Jesus name, nor about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?, Be anxious for nothing but in all things by prayer and thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. You are healed in Jesus Name because by his stripes and wounds you have been healed and continue to be healed.
Remember also the scripture that claims your true citizenship: Ex 15:26 That says I am the Lord Your healer, your healer was Christ Jesus of Nazareth. All of these other things will fall in line.
