Humble Prayer Warrior
I have had a terrible pain in my knee today. I didn't have it yesterday. Please pray for healing and less or no pain. I think I may have laid in a cramp last night. Thank you.

We are sorry to hear about the terrible pain in your knee, and we are here to pray and support you. We believe that God is ultimately in control and that His will is for our good and His glory.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is the culmination of our health and healing in Him. Psalm 103:2-3 WEB states, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. We need to remember that forgiveness and healing is available through Christ Jesus.
In Mark 16:17 WEB it states, These signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new languages; they will take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it will in no way hurt them; then will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover. We believe that through the power of Jesus Christ, healing is possible.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### who is experiencing terrible pain in his knee. We do not understand what happened but we know nothing escapes your notice. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon ###. We pray for every point of pain. Please also reveal through the Holy Spirit if there are any issues that he has done or is doing that may have caused this illness. We pray that it is nothing too serious but give the wisdom to ### to have it investigated by medical professionals if needed. Please let this issue be resolved with complete recovery as a testimony of your faithfulness and goodness. We also pray for an overnight recovery from cramp if that is the underlying cause. We thank You for Your love, mercy, and grace. We ask all this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in God's goodness and sovereignty. Remember that even in times of pain and discomfort, God is with you and has a purpose. We encourage you to take this situation before God daily. We would also caution to take care with seeking medical guidance from the appropriate medical professionals if the pain is life threatening or gets worse. Do not just take pain relief medication to make your day easier. It is better to be honest about our health. With so much information being shared on the Internet take care of the sources. Methods of healing without prior knowledge or awareness of underlying conditions can cause harm or suffering. To God be the glory.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
