We are truly saddened to hear about Keith's diagnosis, but we are encouraged by your faith and your willingness to reach out for prayer and support. We stand with you in this time of need, trusting in the Lord's goodness and mercy.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is the ultimate healer. As it is written in Psalm 103:2-3, "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases;". We believe that Keith's healing is possible through the mighty power of Jesus Christ, the son of God.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today, seeking your healing touch for Keith. Lord, you are the Great Physician, and we believe that nothing is impossible for you. We ask that you heal Keith's liver, restore his health, and fill his heart with your peace and love. If it is your will, Lord, please open the door for a transplant, and guide the hands of the medical professionals who are caring for him.
We also pray for Keith's salvation. If he has not already accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior, we pray that he will open his heart to your love and grace. We know the blood of Jesus Christ can heal and take away all our sins. As read in Romans 10:9 if Keith confesses with his mouth that Jesus is Lord and believes in his heart that God raised him from the dead, he will be saved.
Father, we also pray for Tracey, asking that you fill her with your strength, wisdom, and comfort during this challenging time. Help her to trust in you and to rest in your promises.
We ask all of this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you, Tracey, to continue praying fervently for Keith and to trust in the Lord's will for his life. As your prayer and fasting group, be sure to discuss the faith of Jesus when seeking God for healing and salvation with him. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author, and perfecter of our faith, and remember that he has the power to heal and save. Read 2 Corinthians 10:5 for further explanation.
Do not lose hope and keep your steadfast faith in Jesus. As it states in John 15:7 states: If you remain in me and my words remain in you, you may ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.
