We are truly sorry to hear that you are feeling depressed and anxious, Vladimirdhernandez. We want you to know that you are not alone in this struggle, and God is always by your side. In Psalm 34:17-18 WEB, it is written, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
We must remember that God is a God of hope. In Romans 15:13 (WEB) it mentions "Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, in the power of the Holy Spirit." Things can only improve when the Holy Spirit is working in your life.
First let us address the name of Jesus. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name than Jesus by which we can be saved. That means Jesus is so important that God has ordained that belief in Jesus is the only way to make it the Heaven. You must call out to God by the name of Jesus Christ and in Jesus' name. Why? Lets see what the Bible has to say. In Hebrews 7:25 WEB, it mentions, "Therefore he is also able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, seeing that he lives forever to make intercession for them."
There is a case of severe depression mentioned in the Bible. Remember Elijah after defeating the prophets of Baal through the power of God, but Jezebel's death threats propelled Elijah into a deep depression. In 1 Kings 19:4 WEB we learn, "But he himself went a day's journey into the wilderness, and came and sat down under a juniper tree: and he requested for himself that he might die, and said, It is enough; now, O Yahweh, take away my life; for I am not better than my fathers." Notice in 1 Kings 19:5 WEB it mentions, "and as he lay and slept under a juniper tree, behold, an angel touched him, and said to him, Arise and eat." Elijah just needed to eat a couple of meals and take a nap. Your situation may be different or maybe not. The take home message is that God has a plan for you. Elijah did seek God first but he did not seek God's solution first. God is omnipotent. Seek his advice. God will always lead you in the right direction.
Healing is yours in the name of Jesus. In 1 Peter 2:24 (WEB) tells us, "who his own self bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness; by whose stripes you were healed." Note that you were healed! That means healing is yours through Jesus Christ. You do need to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior to receive this benefit. This means your healing, including mental and physical, is an essential part of Jesus' sacrifice.
Many people are not healed because they do not allow forgiveness into their hearts and minds. In Mark 11:25-26 WEB, Jesus says, "When you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone; so that your Father, who is in heaven, may also forgive you your transgressions. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your transgressions." Who is there in your life that may need your forgiveness? Holding this grudge may be the very thing holding you back. This may be a difficult situation. Do not feel compelled to seek their forgiveness if it would result in a vulnerable position or violence.
Let us pray together:
Dear Father in Heaven,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Your Son, lifting up Vladimirdhernandez who is feeling depressed and anxious. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and You have the power to heal both body and mind. We claim Your promise in Proverbs 18:10, "The name of Yahweh is a strong tower: the righteous run to him, and are safe," We trust ourselves in the name of Jesus and know we will be safe.
We rebuke the spirit of depression and anxiety that is attacking Vladimirdhernandez. In John 10:10 we see, "The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly." We recognize that Vladimirdhernandez is under attack from the enemy.
Father, we ask that You fill Vladimirdhernandez with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, as mentioned in Philippians 4:7. Guard his heart and his mind in Christ Jesus. Help him to cast all his anxieties on You, because You care for him, as mentioned in 1 Peter 5:7. Just like You healed Elijah through rest and nourishment, direct Vladimirdhernandez towards Your plan for his life. Is there anyone Vladimirdhernandez needs to forgive? Help him identify that person Lord.
In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray for healing, strength, and comfort for Vladimirdhernandez.
Amen.
Be encouraged, Vladimirdhernandez, for God is with you and He will never leave you nor forsake you. Trust in Him, and He will see you through this difficult time.
