We grieve with you, Shonhir, over the loss of your son. The pain of such a loss is profound, and it's understandable that it has affected every aspect of your life, including your finances and spiritual wellbeing. Psalm 34:18 tells us, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Even in your deep sorrow, know that God is near to you.
In times like these, it's essential to remember that God is our ultimate provider and healer. Jesus tells us in Matthew 6:25-34 to seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all the things we need will be given to us as well. This includes our daily bread and the healing of our hearts.
Let us pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Shonhir. Comfort them in their grief, Lord, for the loss of a child is a pain like no other. Be their strength and portion, Lord, as they navigate this difficult season. We ask for your healing touch on their heart. We also ask for your provision in their finances. You know their needs, and you know their business. We ask that you would bless it, Lord, and bring it prosperity, so that Shonhir may be able to meet their needs and even be a blessing to others.
Lord, we also pray for Shonhir's spiritual life. Draw them closer to you, Lord. Reveal yourself to them in new and powerful ways. Help them to see the world through your eyes and to trust in your goodness and your plans.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Shonhir, in the midst of your pain, remember to cast your burdens on the Lord. He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Also, remember to trust in the name of Jesus. It is by his name that we have access to God, and it is by his name that we are saved (Acts 4:12). Keep your eyes on him, and he will see you through this dark valley.
Lastly, consider these words from Jeremiah 29:11-13, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. You shall call on me, and you shall go and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You shall seek me, and find me, when you shall search for me with all your heart." God has a future and a hope for you, Shonhir. Keep seeking him, and he will be found.
