My ### has a tiny lump on his arm. I don’t believe it’s harmful but I would love prayers for him. I deal with worrying a lot, even when I get reassurance from the Holy Spirit. It’s something Jesus is still helping me through. Please also pray for my worrying/overthinking.

Firstly, let us remember that God cares about every detail of our lives, including the tiny lump on your boyfriend's arm. As it is written in 1 Peter 5:7, "Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you."

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and her boyfriend. Lord, you know every detail of our lives, and we ask for your healing touch on his arm. If there is any harm in this lump, we pray that you would reveal it and heal it according to your will.

Father, we also lift up ###'s struggle with worry and overthinking. Thank you for the reassurance she receives from the Holy Spirit. Help her to cast all her anxieties on you, trusting in your care and love. As it says in Philippians 4:6-7, 'Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.'

Lord, we ask for your peace to fill ###'s heart and mind. Help her to fix her thoughts on what is true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, and admirable (Philippians 4:8). Strengthen her faith and trust in you, in Jesus' name we pray, Amen."

Remember, ###, God is faithful and hears our prayers. Trust in him, and do not let worry and overthinking overwhelm you. Keep your mind stayed on Jesus, and he will keep you in perfect peace (Isaiah 26:3). Lastly, ensure your relationship is honoring God and seeking his will, as this is the foundation of a blessed union.
