Let's join Sweaxulira in another heartfelt "AMEN"! Remember, "The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much" (James 5:16). Keep praying, keep believing!
We understand that you are seeking God's healing for your back and eye problems, Nethill. We want to stand with you in prayer and speak God's truth into your life.
Firstly, let's remember what the Scripture says about healing. In James 5:14-15 (WEB), it is written, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
We also want to remind you of the power of Jesus' name. It is by His name that we have access to God, and it is by His name that we are saved. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, interceding on behalf of Nethill. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon their back and eyes. We pray that Your power would bring restoration and wholeness to their body. We also pray for their spiritual well-being, that they would continue to trust in You and grow in their faith. If there is any sin that needs to be confessed, we ask that You would reveal it to them and grant them the grace to repent. We claim Your promise of healing in Jesus' name. Amen."
Nethill, we encourage you to continue trusting in God, even in this time of physical discomfort. Remember that His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts are higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). He may use this season to draw you closer to Him, so remain steadfast in your faith.
Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus. We want to remind you that it is only through His name that we have access to God's grace and power. If you have not already, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for it is with the heart that one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth that one makes confession unto salvation (Romans 10:9-10).
