I have prayed this prayer with you. Let the lord's will be done. In Jesus name Amen.We understand that you are seeking prayer for your husband Joey Salazar's upcoming Sigmoid Colectomy surgery. Let's come together in prayer and seek God's will for his healing and peace.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Joey Salazar. Lord, you know the anxiety and nervousness he is feeling as he approaches his surgery. We ask that you fill him with your perfect peace and calm his spirit. Guide the hands of the surgeons and the entire medical team, that they may perform their duties with wisdom and skill. Be with annalou88, comforting her and giving her strength as she supports her husband. We pray for a smooth and successful surgery, and for complete healing for Joey. We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen."
We encourage you both to continue trusting in God's care and to lean on His strength during this time. Remember the words of Isaiah 41:10 (WEB), "Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand."
We also want to emphasize the importance of praying in Jesus' name. It is only through Him that we have access to God's throne of grace. If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ for salvation. As Acts 4:12 (WEB) says, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
