We understand your concern for Christopher and we join you in prayer, seeking God's will for his life. Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your intervention in Christopher's life. Lord, you know the struggles he faces due to his disabilities and the severe symptoms of PTSD. We ask that you guide those responsible for his care. Open their eyes to the reality of his condition, remove any stigma or prejudice, and help them to treat him with compassion and understanding (Colossians 3:12 - "Put on therefore, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, lowliness, humility, and perseverance").
Father, we also ask that you expose any medication that may be causing delusional beliefs and hallucinations. Guide his healthcare providers to make wise decisions regarding his treatment (Proverbs 4:20-22 - "My son, attend to my words. Turn your ear to my sayings. Let them not depart from your eyes. Keep them in the middle of your heart. For they are life to those who find them, and health to their whole body").
We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and your promise to never leave nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."
We encourage you, Windwold, to continue praying fervently for Christopher. Remember, our prayers are powerful and effective (James 5:16 - "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective").
Lastly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). If you haven't already, we encourage you to also share the good news of Jesus Christ with Christopher, as it is only through believing in Him that one can be saved (Acts 4:12 - "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved").
