Father speak to her heart and let her accept the help she needs. She is in line to dialectic behaviornal theraphy which is proven to be one of the most effective ways in case of BPD as long as the person who suffers is willing to commit. I pray she would commit into it and accept the help. I ask you to heal all sexual trauma in her Father and help her to reach out for help and accept help. Bless her so she could be healed and her dissociative amnesia would go away. In Jesus migthy name and blood all this is possible. I pray she will meet you Jesus and accept you as her God, king and salvation. In Jesus name and blood I pray, amen.
