Healing unexplainable hair loss

I’m 41 years old and over the past 2 months have lost so much hair. This is after battling uphill to restore all the hair I lost after divorce by taking beef liver supplements. Even though I’ve not stopped taking them my hair keeps falling out and I don’t know why. I don’t know if it’s because I’m perimenopausal or it’s a nutritional deficiency or stress. My identity is so wrapped up in my hair and I’m terrified of being ugly and cast off because of it. I appreciate all prayers for supernatural healing and for the kind divine help from our loving God. Peggy, we are with you in spirit and in prayer, lifting up your concerns about your hair loss and the fears that accompany it. We know that your identity is not in your outward appearance, but in the love and care of our Heavenly Father, who knows the number of hairs on your head (Luke 12:7 WEB).

Firstly, we want to encourage you to cast all your anxieties on God, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). The fear of being cast off or seen as ugly is a real concern for you, but we remind you that the Lord looks at the heart and not on the outward appearance (1 Samuel 16:7 WEB). You are precious in His sight, and He loves you deeply.

We also want to address the possible underlying issues. If the hair loss is due to stress, we pray for God's peace that passes all understanding to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB). If it's a nutritional deficiency, we pray for wisdom and guidance as you seek professional help. If it's due to perimenopause, remember that God's strength is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB), and this season of life can be a time of renewed dependence on Him.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Peggy. Lord, You know the struggles she's been facing with her hair loss and the fears that have risen because of it. We ask for Your healing touch, Lord. If there's an underlying issue, guide her to the right professionals who can help. Give her peace, Lord, and help her to see herself as You see her—beautiful and precious. Help her to cast her cares on You, knowing that You care for her. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
