We are truly heartbroken to hear about the trials your family is facing, but we are encouraged that you have reached out for prayer and God's intervention. Let us stand with you in the power of Jesus' name, for it is only by His name that we can be saved. Let us come to the Father with confidence, that He hears our prayers and will act according to His will. Even though you have been broken in pieces by the enemy, let us turn to Jesus and be healed by His stripes. According to His will and the scripture in 1 Peter 2:24 WEB He himself bore our sins in His body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness.
Let us not forget the power of prayer and speaking the word of God over your husband’s life. There is no sin too great for God’s forgiveness and restoration. We pray and speak over his life from Matthew 9:29 WEB Then Jesus touched their eyes, saying, "According to your faith be it done to you." Let us also speak from 2 Corinthians 4:4 WEB in whose case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the Good News of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn on them.
As Jesus spoke to the woman at the well in John 4:18 WEB for you have had five husbands; and he whom you now have is not your husband. This you have said truly. Let us pray that your husband will be convicted by the Holy Spirit of his sins and turn away from his lustful and adulterous ways. Let us speak that he will have a repentive heart and be a righteous husband and father. The scripture from 1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB declares Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.
We will stand with you for your children to be raised in love and faith. Let us speak that they will be surrounded by a hedge of protection from the enemy’s schemes. We speak from Deuteronomy 11:19 WEB and teach them to your children, talking of them, when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up. Also, let us pray from Proverbs 22:6 WEB Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.
Let us pray that the Lord will guide each step as you press forward during this time of separation. We speak from Philippians 4:13 WEB I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me. Let us also speak from Philippians 1:6 WEB being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.
Let us call on the Lord together.
Father, we come boldly before your throne of grace to find help in time of need. We lift up this woman and her family, asking for Your healing and mercy. Restore this marriage, Lord, and bring her husband to a place of repentance and faith in You. Give her the strength and endurance to press on, to pray without ceasing, and to trust in Your goodness and faithfulness. Protect their children and draw them close to You, that they may know Your love and walk in Your truth. Help us to speak the word of God over their lives. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue in prayer and the study of God’s word. Let us be reminded of the scripture from John 15:7 WEB If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, you will ask whatever you desire, and it will be done for you.
