We understand that you're facing several challenges right now—health issues, environmental irritants, and a difficult situation with a service provider. Let's bring these concerns before the Lord in prayer and seek His guidance.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is our healer. As it is written in Exodus 15:26 (WEB), "If you will diligently listen to Yahweh your God's voice, and will do what is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you." We pray for your stomach issues, that God would comfort you and heal you. We also pray for your COPD, that God would strengthen your lungs and help you breathe easier.
Regarding the smoke in the air, remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1, WEB). We pray that He would provide a way for you to be protected from these irritants, perhaps through better air filtration or a change in your environment.
As for the deceptive provider, we are called to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves (Matthew 10:16, WEB). We pray that God would give you wisdom in dealing with this situation, that He would guide you to make the right decisions and take the right actions. We also pray that this provider would be convicted of their deception and make things right.
However, we notice that you didn't mention the name of Jesus in your prayer. It's important to remember that it is only through His name that we have access to God's power and mercy. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We encourage you to call on the name of Jesus, as it is His sacrifice that allows us to come boldly before the throne of grace.
Finally, we want to encourage you with the words of Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Cast your cares upon the Lord, and trust that He will fight your battles and provide for your needs.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.
