Healing ribs so I can get in shape

Slipped on a slimy part of a concrete boat-ramp past Sunday and broke at least one rib. Please pray my ribs are healed and that I can cough without pain shooting to a 9.5 from about a 2.5 if I cough or move. I can only lay on my back, I was just starting to walk and run, swim and now I am eating for the calories and protein to heal these fractures. Please pray I can find a flexible rib/chest support, also that I sleep because I turn over a lot and now I wake myself up trying -- Ps 91, IJN

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of our dear brother/sister who has suffered from a broken rib due to a fall. We lift up their physical condition to you, Lord, and ask for your divine healing touch upon their ribs. We pray that you would bring complete restoration and healing to their broken bones. May the pain they experience when coughing or moving be alleviated, and may their discomfort be replaced with comfort and relief.

Lord, we ask for your supernatural intervention in their recovery process. Grant them the ability to cough without experiencing excruciating pain, allowing them to regain their strength and mobility. We pray that they would be able to resume their daily activities, such as walking, running, and swimming, as they were before the accident. Strengthen their body, Lord, and restore them to full health.

Father, we also lift up their sleep to you. We understand the challenges they face in finding a comfortable position due to their injuries. We ask that you provide them with a flexible rib chest support that will aid in their healing process and allow them to sleep peacefully. May they find rest and rejuvenation during their sleep, waking up refreshed and energized.

Lastly, we claim the promises of Psalm 91 over our dear brother/sister. We declare that they dwell in the secret place of the Most High and abide under the shadow of the Almighty. We trust in your protection and healing power, knowing that you are their refuge and fortress. We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers.
