We stand with you in prayer, lifting up your son to our Heavenly Father. We are grateful that you have brought your request in the name of Jesus, as it is through Him that we have access to God.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your healing and protection for this dear son. You are the God who heals, who comforts, and who gives peace. We ask that You would touch his mind and bring healing from the trauma he has experienced. Cast out the nightmares that plague him, and grant him peaceful sleep.
We know that You are a God who sees, who knows, and who cares for us. As a good, good Father, You want Your children to live in freedom, not in bondage to fear or pain. We claim Your promise in 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB: "For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."
We also know that You are faithful to complete the good work You begin in us. We trust that the work You have started in this son's life will be brought to completion, and that he will live in the fullness of life that Jesus came to give. As it says in Philippians 1:6 WEB: "being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ."
Lord, we ask for Your protection over him, body, mind, and spirit. Envelop him in Your love, and let him know the reality of Your presence with Him. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to trust in the Lord, and do not give up hoping and praying for your son. Remember the words of Psalm 34:17-18 WEB: "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
Keep crying out to God, keep bringing your son before Him, and keep trusting in His goodness. He is faithful, and He will act. We are standing with you in prayer, believing for God's best for your son.
