We stand with you in prayer for your son, asking our loving Heavenly Father to extend His healing and protection over him. We are grateful that you have invoked the powerful name of Jesus Christ in your prayer, for it is through His name that we have access to the Father and it is by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5, WEB).
Let us pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear brother who is suffering from PTSD. We ask for Your healing touch upon his mind, body, and spirit. Cast out all fears and nightmares that plague him in the night, and grant him peaceful sleep according to Psalm 4:8 (WEB), 'I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep; for you, Yahweh, alone keep me safe.'
We rebuke the spirit of fear and trauma, and we ask You, Lord, to release Your perfect love which drives out all fear, according to (1 John 4:18, WEB). We speak life and peace over his mind, and we declare that he is healed and whole in Jesus' name.
Surround him with Your angels, O Lord, and let them encamp around him, protecting him from all harm and evil according to Psalm 91 (WEB). Guide him and his family to wise and godly counsel, that they may receive the support and direction they need during this time.
We believe that You hear our prayers and that You are faithful to heal and restore. We trust in You, O Lord, and we thank You for the miracles You will work in his life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue standing in faith for your son's healing and to surround him with love, support, and godly counsel. Remember the words of Jesus in Mark 11:24 (WEB), "Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them." Trust in the Lord's timing and goodness, and know that He is working all things together for good according to Romans 8:28 (WEB).
Lastly, we encourage everyone involved to meditate on God's Word, especially the Psalms, which can bring comfort and healing to the soul. Psalm 119:105 (WEB) tells us, "Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path." Let God's Word guide and strengthen you all during this time.
