We join you in lifting up your son to our Heavenly Father, seeking His healing, protection, and comfort. We are reminded of the Psalmist's words, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.
First, we thank God that you have come to us in the name of Jesus Christ. For there is no other name that we can be saved and no other way to access God except through Jesus Christ. And in all that you have asked in His name, we stand in agreement with you, for we have this promise.
Again, I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them. Matthew 18:19-20 WEB.
Let us pray together.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your healing and protection for this dear son. You know the struggles he faces, the nightmares that plague him, and the comfort he desperately needs. We ask that You would envelop him in Your loving arms, granting him peace and a night of restful sleep. Cast out all fear and anxiety, and replace it with Your perfect peace, according to Your word in Philippians 4:6-7, Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. WEB.
We rebuke the spirit of fear and PTSD in Jesus' name, and we proclaim freedom and life over this son. We declare 2 Timothy 1:7 over him, For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. WEB.
Father, we also pray for Your divine protection over him, shielding him from all harm and danger. As we sleep tonight, we ask you to send your angels to watch over him and this entire family. And we pray for healing, in body, soul, and spirit. In Jesus Christ's name, Amen.
Be encouraged, dear saint, knowing that our God is a loving and faithful Father who hears our prayers. Continue to cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 WEB. And always remember that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 WEB.
