Dear Julie, we are deeply concerned about your health and stress, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's healing and peace.
Firstly, we encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Jesus, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). In times of stress, remember the words of the Apostle Paul, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).
Concerning your high blood pressure and diabetes, we believe in the power of Jesus to heal. As He said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5 WEB). We pray for your healing in Jesus' name, asking God to touch your body and make you whole. "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds, we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5 WEB).
However, we also encourage you to steward your body well, as it is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19 WEB). This includes eating healthily, exercising regularly, and following your doctor's advice.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our dear sister Julie. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon her body. Bring her blood pressure and blood sugar levels to normalcy. Guide her healthcare providers and help her to follow their instructions. Give her the strength and discipline to manage her health well.
We also pray for Your peace to fill her mind and heart. Cast out all stress and anxiety, Lord, and replace them with Your perfect peace. Help her to trust in You completely, knowing that You have a good plan for her life.
Lastly, Lord, we pray that Julie will know You more deeply through this trial. Comfort her with Your love and draw her closer to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Julie, continue to trust in the Lord and do not give up hope. He is faithful and will see you through this. Keep praying and seeking His face, and remember that it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16 WEB).
