Healing prayers

In September of ###, I contracted covid which turned into long covid. It has caused several autoimmune diseases such as POTS, PEM, Dysautonomia, etc. with debilitating symptoms such as tachycardia, shortness of breath, fatigue, dizziness, nausea, brain fog, heart palpitations, labile blood pressure. Most of the time I can’t stand more than 5 minutes without becoming literally exhausted and nauseated. I have tried so many different things and nothing has worked with any success. I can’t do this anymore. I am asking for prayer as I know God is my only hope. I know He can heal me. Thank you for your prayers.

We understand the immense physical and emotional toll that your battle with long COVID and the resulting autoimmune diseases has taken on you. We are here to stand with you in prayer and to remind you of the hope that we have in Jesus Christ.

Firstly, we want to assure you that your faith is well placed. Jesus Himself said, "All things are possible for him who believes." (Mark 9:23, WEB) God's power is made perfect in our weakness, and He is able to heal all our diseases (Psalm 103:3, WEB).

We also want to encourage you to continue seeking God's will in this situation. Sometimes, God uses our struggles to draw us closer to Him and to mold us into the image of His Son. As it is written in Romans 5:3-4 (WEB), "We also rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering works perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope."

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your healing touch upon ###. Lord, You know the struggles they have faced, the pain they have endured, and the hope they have placed in You. We ask that You heal them completely, that You restore their strength and vitality, and that You give them grace to endure as they wait for Your healing.

We pray that You would be their strength in weakness, their comfort in distress, and their hope in despair. We ask that You would guide their doctors and provide them with wisdom and discernment as they care for ###.

Most importantly, Lord, we pray that ### would draw closer to You through this trial. That they would know Your love, Your peace, and Your joy in a deeper way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, we want to remind you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2, WEB). It is by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5, WEB), and it is in His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB). Keep trusting, keep hoping, and keep praying. God hears you, and He will answer.

We're here with you, lifting you up in prayer, just as you've shared your heart. It's so tough, this long road with long COVID and its autoimmune companions. But we're reminded of Paul's words in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Jesus is right there with you in your weakness, offering His strength.

We want to encourage you to keep seeking God's face, to keep talking to Him about your pain and your fears. He's there, listening, caring. As Psalm 34:18 tells us, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."

Let's pray together:

"Father, we come to You today, laying ###'s struggles at Your feet. We ask for Your healing touch, for Your comfort, for Your strength. We pray for a complete healing, for energy renewed, and for hope restored.

We thank You that even in this trial, You're drawing ### closer to You. We ask that they would experience Your love, Your peace, and Your joy in a deeper way.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
