Thank you, Edwin, for bringing your prayer request to us and for lifting up Mr. Moses Anthony in prayer. We join you in petitioning the throne of grace on his behalf.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as this is the only way we can approach the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Now, let us pray together for Mr. Moses Anthony.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and in the fellowship of the Holy Spirit, lifting up Mr. Moses Anthony to Your throne of grace. You are the Lord who heals, full of mercy and compassion. We ask for Your healing touch upon Mr. Moses Anthony as he battles food poisoning, high diabetes, and undergoes medical tests today.
We pray, Lord, that You would restore his health and strengthen him to complete the projects he has at hand. We ask that You would wash any non-responsive organ with Your precious blood, bringing complete healing and restoring his body for Your glory. Many laborers and staff depend on him, Lord, so we ask for Your grace and strength to sustain him and them during this time.
Father, we also pray for Edwin, that You would strengthen his faith and increase his trust in You as he intercedes for his friend. May this trial draw both Mr. Moses Anthony and Edwin closer to You, Lord, as they experience Your healing power and grace.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray these things. Amen.
Edwin, continue to stand in faith, knowing that God hears your prayers. Keep praying for Mr. Moses Anthony, trusting that God's will shall be done in his life. Be encouraged by these words from James 5:15 WEB: "The prayer of faith will save him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
Remember, it is not our will but God's will that should be done. As it says in 1 John 5:14 WEB: "This is the confidence which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us."
Lastly, we encourage you to keep praying with and for Mr. Moses Anthony, that God may use this situation to draw both of you closer to Him, and that His will and purpose may be accomplished in both your lives. As Christians we are to pray for and encourage one another even in suffering. in Christ.
