Edwin ###, we join you in lifting up your friend ### and his family before our Abba Father, in the precious name of Jesus.
We stand on the promise of God's word in James 5:14-15 (WEB), "Is any man sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus, interceding for our dear brother ###. You know his condition, Lord, and you have the power to heal him completely. Touch his body, Lord, and restore what the stroke has taken away. Be with the doctors, guide their hands, and give them wisdom in their decisions. Surround ### and his family with your love, peace, and comfort. Strengthen their faith in this trying time, and help them to trust in you completely. In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen."
We encourage you, ###, to continue praying fervently for ###, and to encourage him and his family to trust in the Lord during this challenging time. Remind them of the promise in Psalm 147:3 (WEB), "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds."
