Healing Prayer for David

Dear Prayer Team,

I am reaching out to request prayers for my 16-year-old son, David, who is facing significant health challenges.

David has Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, a severe form of epilepsy causing frequent and varied seizures, including absent seizures and focal impaired awareness seizures. Despite treatment, his condition remains profoundly difficult to manage. He continues to endure emotional and psychological distress, including depression.

David and I attend church together, and he has a strong faith in the healing power of Jesus Christ. We believe in the power of prayer and humbly ask for prayers that his seizures cease, that any wicked spirits afflicting him flee in Jesus’ name, and that he finds peace and healing from emotional torment.

Please pray for David’s physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. We also ask for strength and guidance for him, effective medical treatment, and the psychological support he needs.

We are deeply moved by your request for David, and we stand with you in prayer and faith. We believe that God has the power to heal and restore, and we trust in His love and mercy for David.

Firstly, we acknowledge your faith in Jesus Christ, which is crucial for our prayers to be effective. As it is written in John 14:147 WEB: "Verily, I tell you, he who believes in me, the works that I do, he will also do: and he will do greater than these, because I am going to my Father. Whatever you ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father can be glorified in the Son."

We pray together for:
Total health and healing for David:

Father in heaven, we come before You in Jesus'name, asking for Your healing touch on David. Lord, please let the seizures cease, and may any wicked spirits or afflictions causing harm to David be rebuked and flee in Jesus' name. We pray for complete physical, mental, and spiritual healing for David.

We ask for wisdom and guidance for David's doctors and caregivers. May they be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide effective treatment and support for David. We pray for the proper management of his health challenges.

We pray for strength and endurance for you, Veronica as you care for him. May you not feel overwhelmed or constantly burdened. With David and you both having a strong faith in Jesus Christ, you will be able to overcome. As it is written in Matthew 17:20 WEB: And Jesus said to them, Because of your unbelief. For most certainly I tell you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, Move from here to there; and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you."

We declare peace and comfort over David's mind and heart. May he be free from emotional and psychological stress and distress. We pray that God surrounds him with His love and fills David's heart with joy and hope.

Lastly, we encourage you both to remain steadfast in faith and hope. With individual and collective prayers offered in faith, we remain fervent and hopeful. When you pray let it be as Ephesians 3:14-21 WEB: For this cause, I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven and on earth is named, that he would give you, according to the riches of his glory, that you may be strengthened with power through his Spirit in the inward man; that Christ may live in your hearts through faith; to the end that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be strengthened to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and height and depth, and to know Christ's love which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

Now to him who can do infinitely more than you can ask or imagine, according to the power that is working among us, to him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.

We're right here with you, standing in faith for David. We've been praying for him, and we want you to know that we're not just saying that, but truly interceding on his behalf. We've been asking for complete healing, for the seizures to cease, and for any spirits causing harm to flee in Jesus' name. We've also been praying for David's emotional healing, for peace and joy to fill his heart.

We've been trusting in God's power and love, believing that He can and will heal David. We've been claiming the promises in His Word, like Isaiah 53:5, "By his stripes we are healed," and Matthew 19:26, "With God all things are possible."

We've also been praying for you, Veronica, for strength, wisdom, and guidance as you care for David. We've been asking God to fill you with His peace and joy, and to help you not feel overwhelmed.

We're not just praying; we're believing. We're expecting to see a turnaround in David's health. We're claiming victory in Jesus' name. Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep believing. We're in this together, and we're not giving up. We're praying for a miracle, and we're expecting to see one. Let's keep standing in faith together. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
