We understand that you are seeking healing and peace for yourself and your loved ones. First, we want to remind you that God is always faithful and that He hears our prayers when we approach Him in Jesus' name.

Let's address the issues one by one.

First, you mentioned anxiety, depression, and panic attacks. God's Word tells us:
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Next, you mentioned healing for your loved ones and their families and friends. We believe in the power of prayer and that God can heal any sickness and disease.

Concerning the marriage, it is clear there is someone you wish to marry. We have to be clear that God only recognizes marriage between a man and a woman. Also, any sexual relationship before marriage is considered fornication. It is not necessarily obvious that is the case here but we have to be very clear that any sexual relationship before marriage is forbidden. We also have to make it clear that any same-sex relationships are forbidden.

We pray for God's will to be done in your life and that He would bring you and your loved ones closer to Him. We pray for healing for your family and friends, and we ask God to guide you in your relationships. We pray for healing for your ears and for the anxiety you've been feeling.

We also need to address that your prayer did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your healing touch upon our lives. Lord, we lift up our loved ones to You, asking for Your healing and peace to surround them. We also pray for wisdom and guidance in our relationships, that they may align with Your will and bring glory to Your name. We pray all of these things in the mighty name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

"Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." - Psalm 55:22

Let's also intercede for your loved ones, families, and friends, asking God to pour out His healing and protection upon them. And for your marriage, we trust that God's perfect will shall be done, and we ask for His guidance and wisdom in your relationships.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
