We are joining with you in prayer for your friend's healing and recovery. In the name of Jesus Christ, we come to the throne of grace. God is "the Father of mercies and the God of all comfort" (2 Corinthians 1:3, WEB). Please know that we can come to the throne of grace boldly, "that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need" (Hebrews 4:16, WEB).
We pray for our sister in Christ, that the power of God would work mightily in her, that she would be healed according to His will. As Jesus said "I am the Lord who heals you" (Exodus 15:26, WEB). We pray that our sister would be healed physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
We rebuke any plans of the enemy to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10, WEB). We stand in the gap for our sister, and pray that no weapon formed against her will prosper (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). We lift her up to the Lord, and pray that He would surround her with His healing presence.
We also pray for the doctors and medical staff attending to her. We ask that God would give them wisdom and guide their actions. We pray that they would be skilled and compassionate in their care.
We encourage you to continue interceding for your friend, and to trust in the Lord's goodness and sovereignty. Remember that "the prayer of faith will save one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up; and if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." (James 5:15, ESV).
In Jesus' name, we pray for healing and comfort for your friend. Amen.
Lastly, do not forget to continue to pray for our sister's salvation. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Therefore, continue to intercede for her salvation if you have not already. If she is already saved, pray that she continues to walk in the path of righteousness, and strengthen her faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.
