Healing of the wound on my hand

Quick healing of the wound on my hand (inner side).
I fell on the street on my hand.
(Also little swelling and bruise on my knee.)
Lord, heal it quickly because i need to wash dishes, clean the condo etc....
Scab on my hand that burned and hurted last night.
Its better today, but i need total healing.
