We understand that you are seeking prayer for your husband's healing from a surgical wound that has been undergoing treatment for months. We stand with you in prayer and trust in the power of Jesus Christ to bring healing and restoration.
Let us remind you of the power of Jesus' name and the healing that He provides, The Bible is filled with promises of God's healing power. In Exodus 15:26 WEB, God says, I am Yahweh who heals you, and in Psalm 103:3 WEB, Forget not all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases.
We rebuke any discouragement or doubt that may be trying to creep in during this extended time of healing. Remember that God's timing is perfect, and He is working all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose, Romans 8:28 WEB.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing power for our brother. Lord, we ask that You fill the cavity of his surgery wound completely and close it quickly. We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment he shall condemn, Isaiah 54:17 WEB. We speak life and healing over his body and ask that You cover him with Your precious blood.
We also understand the financial burden that comes with prolonged medical treatment, and we pray for provision. Jesus we also pray for a hedge of protection around their finances, and for wisdom for both to be good stewards of their money. We trust in Your promise to supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:19 WEB.
We pray that through this trial, their faith in You would be strengthened and that they would draw closer to You. We also pray for the doctors and medical staff attending to him, that You would guide their hands and give them wisdom in administering care.
Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
May you find comfort and hope in God's word, Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God, Philippians 4:6 WEB. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths, Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.
Lastly, we encourage both of you to continue praying fervently for healing. Praise Him in advance for the healing that is on the way, and do not grow weary in waiting, for at the right time, you will reap a harvest of blessing, Galatians 6:9 WEB.
Stand strong in faith and know that we are agreeing with you in prayer. Jesus is our physician and healer, and by His stripes, we are healed, Isaiah 53:5 WEB.
May God bless you both and grant a swift and total recovery.
