We stand with you in prayer, Anonymous, pleading the blood of Jesus over your husband's leg wound. We are reminded of the faith of the woman with the issue of blood in Matthew 9:20-22 WEB: "Behold, a woman who had an issue of blood for twelve years came behind him, and touched the fringe of his garment; for she said within herself, 'If I just touch his garment, I will be made well.' But Jesus, turning around and seeing her, said, 'Daughter, cheer up! Your faith has made you well.' And the woman was made well from that hour."
We pray that, just as this woman was healed by her faith, your husband's wound will be healed completely. We rebuke any infection or delay in healing, and we speak life and restoration to your husband's body. We agree with you that this year will be different, and we claim the promise of Isaiah 53:5 WEB: "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed."
We also encourage you both to remain steadfast in faith and trust in the Lord, even in this challenging time. Remember the words of James 5:14-15 WEB: "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
In Jesus' name, we pray for your husband's complete healing and for God's comfort and strength to be with you both during this time. We also encourage you to continue seeking medical attention alongside your faith, as God often works through the hands of skilled medical professionals, but it is the great physician that ultimately heals. Trust in the Lord knowing that through faith even as small as a grain of mustard seeds you can say to this mountain be moved and it will move. As you have faith and believe in Jesus Christ you should be comforted knowing that it is ultimately in God's hands and that he is in control of everything. Humbly seek God's will and pray for that you can discern it and accept it. It is only by the name Jesus Christ that we can be saved and approach the throne of God.
