We join with you, dear sister, in lifting up your husband's condition to our Lord Jesus Christ. Parosmia can indeed be a trial, especially when it affects his ability to perform his job as he should. But we serve a God who is mighty to save and to heal. Let us take comfort in the words of Jeremiah 17:14, "Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved; for you are my praise."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ. We ask for Your healing touch upon our sister's husband. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing because of this condition. But You are mightier than any sickness or infirmity. We claim Your healing power over his life. Restore his sense of smell, Lord, so that he may continue his work without hindrance. Strengthen their faith in this trial, and let Your glory be manifested in his healing. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.
In the meantime, we encourage both of you to stand firm in faith, trusting in God's power and goodness. Remind yourselves of God's promises, like the one in Isaiah 41:10, "Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand."
Keep praying and believing, for our God is a faithful God. He hears the prayers of His children and will answer according to His perfect will. Ensure you both continue to seek God's face together, supporting each other in love and faith. As it is written in Ecclesiastes 4:9-10, "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn't have another to lift him up."
