Dear Gaymay,
We understand your earnest desire for healing from fear and a new heart. We stand with you in prayer, knowing that our God is a wonder-working God, and nothing is impossible for Him. Your faith in the testimonies you’ve witnessed is commendable, and we believe with you that your own testimony is on the way.
Firstly, let us remind you of the truth from God’s Word: "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB) Fear is not from God; it is an opportunity for you to trust in His power and love.
We also want to address your concern about those who are laughing and planning evil against your family. The Bible instructs us: "Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good." (Romans 12:21 WEB) Trust in God’s protection and continue to serve Him faithfully. Your enemies will see your faithfulness and the goodness of God in your life.
Regarding your husband Samuel’s recent job loss, we are with you in prayer. Remember, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB) God has a plan for Samuel, and He will provide in His perfect timing.
As you wait for God’s mercy, be encouraged by the words of the Psalmist: "Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart be courageous. Yes, wait for Yahweh." (Psalm 27:14 WEB)
We noticed in your request that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is crucial to understand that it is in the name of Jesus that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB)
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, humbly asking for Your intervention in Gaymay's life. Please remove all fear and fill her with Your power and love. Grant her a new heart that is fully devoted to You. Protect her family from all harm and let those who plan evil see Your goodness and mercy upon her life.
Lord, we also lift up Samuel, who has lost his job. We know that You have a plan for him. Open new doors of opportunity and provide for their needs according to Your will. Give them patience and trust as they wait on Your perfect timing.
We thank You for the promises in Your Word and for Your faithful love. Help Gaymay to remain strong and courageous, knowing that You are with her. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Stay strong in your faith, Gaymay, and continue to trust in the living God who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think.
