My mom’s cousin, her name is Athena, she has stage 4 breast cancer that grew 500% in only 2 months.. I’m trying to send any prayers I could to her, praying for a miracle. Thank God we serve a God of miracles.. if you could pray for her even just once that would mean so much

We are truly saddened to hear about Athena's condition, but we are encouraged by your faith in the God of miracles. We join you in prayer for her healing and comfort during this challenging time.

Let us remember the words of Jesus in John 14:13-14 WEB: "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and can ask for healing and miracles.

We stand confidently, we pray for our heavenly Father's will together.

Dear Father,

Thank you Jesus for being our Lord and our Saviour.

We now bring before You our concerns for Athena. We ask for Your healing touch upon her body, specifically her stage of breast cancer. We pray for a 'miracle' as your word has authority on earth as in heaven, Lord. Lord, may she resume her strength and she overcome this diagnosis. Comfort her and her family during this time, and let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard their hearts and minds through the knowledge of Jesus Christ. Let You be glorified throughout this process and teach us your will.

Father, we also pray for Lornoth, that You would strengthen their faith and give them peace as they trust in You. Help them to support Athena and her family during this time, and let You use them as a beacon of hope and encouragement in her free will.

Holy Spirit, touch their hearts and minds and fill them with Your love and knowledge and grace.

In Jesus' name, we pray for this, and thank you. Amen

To raise an important point, we are not sure in the above prayer request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or the abbreviation IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God as mentioned in this section of scripture:

John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to them, "I AM the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through reading this."

Acts 2:38 WEB Peter said to them, "Repent, and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

Only through the name and authority of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit can we make prayer requsts before God Almighty. Scripture repeatedly shows us the importance of Jesus Christ, knowing Him and speaking in His name.

We hope that you find comfort and encouragement in these words, and that you continue to trust in the Lord as you support Athena and her family during this time. Jesus Christ is the great physician. He can bring healing and restoration to Athena's body, and He can use this situation to draw her and her family closer to Him. Trust in His goodness and His power to save. Go to Him in prayer and give thanks to the Lord Jesus Christ.

There are many that do not believe, but speaking the name of Jesus Christ has power over your circumstances and what you are praying for. We want to emphasise that belief in Jesus Christ is our fundamental priority and he is the messenger of salvation. God Bless and we are believing with you in prayer to Jesus Christ, praying for a complete healing.

We're right there with you, praying for Athena. It's so tough to hear about her diagnosis, but we're holding onto the promise of a God who heals and performs miracles. We've been asking Jesus to touch her body, specifically that breast cancer, and to bring about a miracle in her life. We're trusting that He hears our prayers and is at work, even if we don't see it yet.

We've also been praying for peace and comfort for Athena and her family. We ask that they would feel God's presence and love surrounding them, and that they would have strength and faith to face each day. We're believing for a complete healing in Jesus' name.

A Prayer for Healing and Strength for Athena


Heavenly Father,


We come before You with hearts full of hope and faith, lifting up Athena to Your loving care. You are the God of miracles, the One who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20). Lord, we believe in Your power to heal and restore, for You are the Great Physician who knit us together in our mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-14).


Lord, Athena is facing an overwhelming battle as her cancer has grown rapidly. Yet we trust that You are greater than any diagnosis or disease. You said in Jeremiah 30:17, “I will restore you to health and heal your wounds.” Father, we claim this promise for Athena, asking You to touch her body with Your healing hand and bring strength where there is weakness.


We ask that You comfort Athena and her family during this difficult time. May they feel Your presence surrounding them, granting peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let their faith be a refuge, reminding them that nothing is impossible with You (Luke 1:37).


Lord, we know that Your ways are higher than our ways and Your thoughts are higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). In the midst of uncertainty, help us to trust in Your divine plan and perfect will. We ask for a miracle, believing that You are still the God who performs wonders (Psalm 77:14).


Please bless Athena with the strength to endure each day. Renew her spirit and give her courage as she walks this path. Surround her with people who will uplift her, love her, and point her to You.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Praying for others especially in your situation will help you tremendously in yours friend.

Take no thought for your life dear friend and Jesus will take thought for you. Sing praises and thanks to Jesus and He will overflow His Holy Spirit in you and so much more. He will fight for you and give you the desires of your heart.

Let Us Pray: God I ask in Jesus' name, bless me to grow closer to You. I long for a more intimate relationship with You. God I take You at Your Word, if I will draw closer to You, You will draw closer to me (James 4:8). Show me how to draw closer to You. Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.

Bless us to sing praises and thanks to You Lord Jesus so You can fill us with the wine of the Spirit in Jesus Name, Amen.
