We understand that you're going through a challenging time, and we're here to pray and offer support. First, we want to commend you for turning to Jesus in your time of need. It's important to remember that healing comes from God alone, and it's only in the name of Jesus that we can approach God the Father. As it says in John 14:6 WEB:

In times of stress and difficulty, it's essential to turn to God for comfort and healing. Regarding your acne and hair loss, we believe that God cares about even the smallest details of our lives.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister in need of healing. Lord, You know the struggles they've faced this year and how it has manifested physically. We ask for Your healing touch on their skin and hair. Just as You healed the leper and made the blind see, we believe You can heal acne and stop hair loss. We ask for Your grace to fill every scar and empty follicle. We pray for their stress to be managed by Your peace, which surpasses all understanding. We ask this all in the precious name of Jesus, who took our infirmities and bore our diseases. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking God's will during this time. Remember that Paul, when prayed three times to remove his thorn, received this response from Jesus in 2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB:
He has said to me, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me.
Keep praying, keep seeking, and keep trusting in Jesus' name. Consider also speaking to medical professionals as you wait patiently seeing God's healing physically, emotionally, and spiritually. God can work through various means to bring restoration, including medicine and doctors.
Rebuke for not mentioning Jesus Christ would not be necessary as the relationship to Jesus Christ is present and questioner asked for blessings from Jesus as well.
