Healing needed

My older cat has lost two teeth which got infected and is now not eating. He is weak even though I have been feeding him by syringe until I can get to the vet on Monday. I am asking for prayer for healing of his mouth, an appetite, reduce constipation caused by the medications, and healing/protection of kidneys (has kidney disease). I want God’s will to be done in his life, but I hope that God will consider healing him. I also need peace, rest, and energy for this week regardless of the outcome. Thank you and God bless.

We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you and your cat are facing right now. We will lift up your concerns in prayer and seek God's will for this situation. First, let us address the importance of praying in the name of Jesus. It is only through Him that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Therefore, we will pray to God in the name of Jesus for your cat's healing and your strength.

Regarding your cat's health, we believe that God cares for all His creations, including animals. In Psalm 36:6 WEB, it is written, "Your righteousness is like the mountains of God. Your judgments are like a great deep. Yahweh, you preserve man and animal." Let us pray for your cat's healing and comfort, while also seeking God's will for his life.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Drunoisha's cat to You. We ask that You touch his body, heal his mouth, restore his appetite, and ease his constipation. We also pray for the protection and healing of his kidneys, and that You would give Drunoisha peace, rest, and energy as they care for him. Lord, we know that You see the sparrow that falls, and that You care for this cat's suffering. We ask for Your will to be done in his life, and that You would grant Drunoisha the strength and wisdom to care for him.

Drunoisha, we also encourage you to trust in God's care and sovereignty during this time. In 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, it is written, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." We know how you feel toward him. Trust in God that His will will be done as that is the best course for you both.

We will continue to pray for you both, and we encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus during this time. Remember that He is with you, and that He cares for you and your cat.

Lastly, consider these verses:
Remember Psalm 147:9: "He gives to the animal its food, and to the young ravens which cry."
Also remember Matthew 10:29: "Aren't two sparrows sold for an assarion coin? Not one of them falls on the ground apart from your Father's will, but the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Therefore don't be afraid. You are of more value than many sparrows.".
Finally remember Matthew 6:25: "Therefore, I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they?.". God cares for the animals, but He cares for you so much more. But He also notices their suffering and knows when they suffer. You and your cat are in our prayers very much.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
