Healing needed.

Urgent prayer and faith is needed for my son ###. Pray for his healing from his long term mental illness. Pray that God restores him to his right mind. Pray that he no longer desires alcohol and that God heals him mind soul and body so that he no longer suffers. Pray for my son ### that God shows him how to be kind, forgiving, to find peace and to live for him. Pray for my Son ### that God brings him to a place of serenity, that he serves God, also, that he becomes gainfully employed and has peace of mind.

We join with you, ###, in lifting up your sons to the Lord, asking for His divine intervention and healing in their lives.

Firstly, we pray for ###. We stand in faith, agreeing with you for his complete healing from mental illness. As it is written in Isaiah 53:5 (WEB), "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed." We claim this healing for ###, praying that God restores his mind, body, and soul. We also pray against the stronghold of alcohol in his life, that the Lord would deliver him from this desire, as 1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB) promises, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."

For ###, we pray that the fruit of the Spirit, as listed in Galatians 5:22-23 (WEB), "love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control," would manifest in his life. We ask that God would teach him to be kind and forgiving, and that he would find the peace that surpasses all understanding, as promised in Philippians 4:7 (WEB).

For ###, we ask that God would lead him to a place of serenity and peace. We pray that he would serve God wholeheartedly, and that God would open doors for him to find gainful employment. As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Finally, we pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB). We encourage you, ###, to keep praying and believing in Jesus' name, for He is faithful and able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20, WEB).

We also note that your request does not mention Jesus Christ explicitly. We would like to remind you that it is only by His name that we can approach God, as Acts 4:12 (WEB) clearly states, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We encourage you to confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, believing in His death and resurrection for your salvation.

We pray that God would heal ###'s mind, body, and soul, breaking the chains of mental illness and delivering him from the desire for alcohol. Let's trust in Jesus' name, as it is written in Philippians 2:9-11, "Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."

For ###, we ask that God would fill him with the Spirit's fruit, especially kindness and peace. We pray that he would find forgiveness and peace, as promised in Colossians 3:13, "Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you."

For ###, we believe God will lead him to a place of serenity and open doors for gainful employment. We pray that he would serve God wholeheartedly, as it is written in Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters... It is the Lord Christ you are serving."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Thank you for continuing to pray for each of my sons, I do believe in Christ and believe that Jesus can do anything, he can mend and heal both body and mind. This has been a long road, but I still believe.
