Healing my acne and intestines chronic constipation

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who has a prayer request. Lord, you know the deepest desires and needs of ###'s heart, even when they may not be fully expressed. We ask that you would pour out your grace and mercy upon ###, meeting them in their time of need.
Father, we ask that you would grant ### peace and comfort in their current situation. You are the God who brings relief and healing to those who are hurting. We pray that you would touch ###'s life with your healing power, whether it be physical, emotional, or spiritual. Your Word reminds us in Isaiah 53:5 that "by your wounds we are healed." We claim this promise for ### and ask for your divine intervention.
Lord, we also lift up any burdens or worries that ### may be carrying. Your Word encourages us to cast all our anxieties on you because you care for us. We ask that you would give ### the strength to surrender their concerns to you, knowing that you are in control and have a perfect plan for their life.
Lastly, Father, we pray that you would increase ###'s faith and trust in you. Help them to rely on your promises and to seek your guidance in all areas of their life. Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6 to trust in you with all our hearts and lean not on our own understanding. We ask that you would grant ### the wisdom to trust in you completely and to follow your leading.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
