Healing miracles

Dear Lord my world is falling apart. I’m distraught & heartbroken. My husband ### is suffering from multiple physical conditions, & very depressed. Our kitty ### (### + years old) has cancer & kidney issues. ### is deteriorating. I can’t bear to watch this. My husband is a wreck. He’s laying on living room floor with ### saying he’s being tested & wants to “go together” with ###. Pleas help us. Pray it is God’s will to send healing miracles to us. All I can do is ask for prayers. This is awful. We have had many blessings in our life but I can’t seem to get ### to see that as we’ve had so much go wrong non stop especially over the last few years. Please pray for us. Thank you & God bless

We are truly sorry to hear about the trials you're facing, ###. In times like these, it's crucial to turn to God for comfort, strength, and healing. Let's bring your requests before the Lord together, in the name of Jesus Christ.

Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose." Even in the midst of suffering, God can bring about good.

Regarding your husband ###'s health and state of mind, we pray:

"Father, we lift up ### to you. Please bring healing to his body and mind. Give him the strength to endure, and comfort him in his distress. Remind him of your love and faithfulness, even in this dark hour. In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirit of depression and hopelessness. Please, Lord, restore his hope and joy in you. 'For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control' (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB)."

For ###, your beloved cat:

"Lord, we ask for your mercy and kindness to be upon ###. If it is your will, please bring healing to ###'s body. Comfort ### and remove any pain and suffering. We know that you care for even the smallest of creatures, as it is written in Matthew 10:29 (WEB), 'Aren't two sparrows sold for an assarion coin? Not one of them falls on the ground apart from your Father's will.'"

We also want to address the despair and hopelessness expressed in your husband's words. While it's understandable that he feels tested, we should not wish for death, but trust God in both life and death. As it is written in Psalm 31:24 (WEB), "Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all you who hope in WEB."

Lastly, ###, we notice that you didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer request. It's important to remember that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Please, ensure that you and your husband have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, for it is in Him that we find eternal hope and salvation.

Let us continue to pray for you both, that your faith may be strengthened and your hope renewed. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
