We understand your deep concern for your husband Stephen's health and spiritual well-being. Let us come together in prayer and seek God’s will according to His word.
"Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing praises. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." (James 5:13-15, WEB)
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine intervention in Stephen's life. You, Lord, are the Great Physician, and we believe that healing is Your will for him. We ask for Your healing touch on his spinal fusion, aortic aneurysm, PMR joint pain, seizures, stroke, cataract, and depression. Please deliver him from the anger and depression that have caused so much distress and fear. Grant him peace of mind, a restful sleep, and the strength to face each day.
Father, we also pray for Stephen's spiritual well-being. Bring him back to the faith, Lord. Draw him closer to You and help him to know You better. Fill him with Your love and your peace. Guide his thoughts and his heart, and help him to surrender to You.
Lord, we lift up his wife, who has faithfully stood by him. Give her the wisdom and strength to support Stephen during this difficult time. Help her to trust in You and to find comfort in Your presence.
In Jesus' name, we ask for these miracles. Amen.
Remember, "For I know the plans that I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope." (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB) Trust in the Lord's plans for Stephen and continue to seek His will in all things.
We encourage you both to stay strong in faith, read the Word of God, and pray together. "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God." (Philippians 4:6, WEB)
May the Lord bless you both abundantly and grant you the peace and healing you so deeply desire.
