We understand your heart's cry for your husband Stephen's healing and for guidance in your decisions. Let's bring your requests before the Lord together.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your request. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your will for Stephen's healing. You know his every need, his every pain. We ask for Your healing touch upon his body—his spine, heart, joints, brain, and eyes. We believe in Your power to heal, as You said in Mark 11:24 WEB, "Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them."
Lord, we also lift up Stephen's mental and emotional health. We pray against the spirits of depression, anger, and sleeplessness. We ask that You fill him with Your joy, peace, and patience. Guide him to wholesome activities that bring life and not despair. As it is written in Philippians 4:8 WEB, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things."
Lord, we ask for wisdom in their decision-making, especially concerning their property and travel. We pray for a swift and fair sale of their house in Maine. Guide Stephen in the pricing and listing process. We also pray for a fair resolution with the auto insurance company. As Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Lastly, Father, we pray for Stephen's spiritual renewal. Bring him back to a vibrant faith in You. Strengthen their marriage and use this trial to draw them closer to each other and to You.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
Blasphygma, continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers. Keep holding onto His promises, and He will see you through. As for Stephen, encourage him to seek the Lord and remind him of the hope we have in Jesus. As it is written in Psalm 34:18 WEB, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
