We join you, Windwold, in praying for your healing and comfort, trusting in God's care for you.
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you lifting up our fellow believer, Windwold, who is experiencing pain and discomfort in their shoulder. We pray for Your healing touch upon their body, easing their pain and restoring their health. We ask that You guide doctors and provide wisdom in any necessary treatments. Lord, if it is Your will, we pray that surgery might be avoided, and healing brought about through your miraculous power as we find in the scriptures that Jesus healed all kinds of sicknesses and diseases among the people Matt 4:23.
We are also encouraged by the words of Scripture, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." (James 5:14-15, WEB).
The apostle Paul even sought healing for his friends as he told the elders of Ephesus who came to Miletus to see him for the last time, "But I make no account of my life, so that I may complete my course and the service that I received from the Lord Jesus, to fully testify to the Good News of the grace of God," then while in Miletus he healed the father of Publius and others on that same island came to be healed Acts 20:24, 28:8, 9. Just as Paul, we determine to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and him crucified 1 Cor. 2:2, therefore we pray in Jesus name and no other as there is no other name by which we can be saved to approaches the Father except through him Acts 4:12, John 14:6.
Windwold, continue to trust in God's goodness and faithfulness, even in this challenging time as the Lord, says "... that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28.
As you pray and seek healing continue to remember, "Rejoice in the Lord always! Again I will say, Rejoice." Phil. 4:4, also to "...not be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition, along with thanksgiving, let your inner peace requests be made known to God and His peace will keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus." Phil. 4:7. Prioritize this by doing as the scripture says and "Take up the full armor of God, so that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand." Ephesians 6:13.
