Healing from osteoarthritis pain and inflammation

Thread Cover Image
We are truly empathetic to your situation and we stand with you in prayer for healing from osteoarthritis pain and inflammation. We are reminded of the scripture that says, "Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective" James 5:14-16 WEB.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your healing touch for this dear one suffering from osteoarthritis pain and inflammation. You are the Great Physician, and there is no sickness or disease that can stand against Your power. We ask that You grant relief from the pain and inflammation, and that Your healing hand would restore health and strength.

We pray for increased faith and trust in Your goodness, even in the midst of this trial. Help us all to remember that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose Romans 8:28 WEB. We ask for guidance and wisdom for those providing medical care, and for effective treatments to be available.

We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and command it to leave in Jesus' name. We declare healing and wholeness over this life, knowing that by Your stripes, we are healed Isaiah 53:5 WEB and 1 Peter 2:24 WEB. We are not praying to a god made of stone or wood. We are praying to the living God that made the heavens and the earth and everything in it.

We thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We praise You for the healing that we believe is on its way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

In the meantime take heart, for He has overcome the world John 16:33 WEB. Stay in prayer, and continue to press into His presence. Read His word and allow the Holy Spirit to encourage you. You are not alone in this journey, we stand with you and continue to lift you up in prayer.

We encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith, trusting that God is at work in your life. Remember that even in the midst of trials, God is faithful and He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7 WEB.

Consider reading Psalm 103 WEB and stand on His promises.
As Psalms 103:2-3 WEB states "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget any of his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases,".
