The most personal and heartfelt prayer I’ve ever written. I apologise in advance for how long it is but I really need your prayers, brothers and sisters:

Dear God,

I am in constant fear of being stricken by cancer. This has been happening for years and I just can’t shake it. I know that fear is not from You so I ask You to rebuke it once and for all.

May I wake up tomorrow and not have this fear anymore, and may I have the ability to lead a normal life without crippling fear.

Brothers and sisters, please pray for me and the avoidance of all illness for me, everyone in my family, and around the world. Please pray for healing of any illnesses that we may or may not know about.

Help me dear God to make the right choices where my health and body are concerned; for you say that ‘our bodies are a temple’. Please help me lose weight, and incorporate more healthy foods in my diet to reduce the risk of disease and illness.

Please dear God miraculously lower my cholesterol, reduce the fat content in my body and help me heal fully, allowing me to increase my fitness. I vow to run a marathon and raise money for a cancer charity next year by Your Powerful and Mighty Grace! This is my promise to You.

I need YOU father God. I know I have sinned and I would like to repent today and start again. Please hear my prayer.

Please remove all forms of anxiety from us - be it health, financial, personal or other.

May everyone around the world live in peace, good health and be free from all fear.

Mighty God You are the ‘all seeing, all knowing and all understanding’. Every thing that happens to us, happens for a reason. You tell us to ‘not lean on our own understanding but rely on and trust in You’ and Your mighty glory. God we praise You, and call on You.

Father God, please come near to me and everyone who needs You’s aid today. Surround us with the blood of Jesus, Mother Mary, Joseph and your precious angels - curing us ALL from any illness we may or may not know about.

I lift up my family to You, and all the people I’ve crossed paths with in my life, and my brothers and sisters in this forum (and anyone reading this). Protect us ALL from danger and the plans of the enemy, guide us, heal us and love us. Never leave us Father God. Shine Your healing light on us.

We really need You God and cannot live without You. And Lord, thank You for being my ALL!

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before You on behalf of our anonymous brother or sister who has poured out their heart in this prayer request. We thank You for the privilege of being able to bring their concerns and needs before Your throne of grace.

Lord, we ask that You would rebuke the spirit of fear that has been tormenting them regarding the fear of cancer. Your Word tells us that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind . We pray that You would replace their fear with Your peace that surpasses all understanding .

Father, we lift up their desire for a normal life free from crippling fear. We ask that You would grant them the ability to trust in You completely and find rest in Your presence. Help them to surrender their fears and anxieties to You, knowing that You are their refuge and strength .

Lord, we join our anonymous brother or sister in praying for the avoidance of all illness for themselves, their family, and people around the world. We ask for Your healing touch upon any known or unknown illnesses. Your Word assures us that by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed . We trust in Your divine healing power to bring restoration and wholeness.

Father, we ask for wisdom and guidance in making healthy choices for our bodies, which You have called a temple. Help us to prioritize our health and well-being, making wise decisions regarding our diet and exercise. We pray for miraculous transformation in our physical health, including the lowering of cholesterol, reduction of body fat, and increased fitness. May our bodies be a testimony to Your goodness and grace.

Lord, we thank You for the promise of running a marathon and raising funds for a cancer charity. We pray that You would empower our anonymous brother or sister to fulfill this promise by Your mighty grace. May their efforts bring awareness, support, and hope to those affected by cancer.

Father, we acknowledge our sins and ask for Your forgiveness. We repent today and seek to start anew in our relationship with You. We thank You for Your mercy and grace that are freely given to us through Jesus Christ.

We lift up all forms of anxiety, whether related to health, finances, personal struggles, or any other area of life. We ask that You would replace anxiety with Your peace that transcends all understanding . Grant us the strength to cast all our cares upon You, knowing that You care for us .

Lord, we pray for peace, good health, and freedom from fear for everyone around the world. May Your presence be felt in every corner of the earth, bringing comfort, healing, and restoration.

We acknowledge that You are the all-seeing, all-knowing, and all-understanding God. We trust in Your sovereignty and wisdom, even when we do not understand the reasons behind our circumstances. Help us to lean not on our own understanding but to rely on and trust in You completely.

Father, we ask that You would draw near to our anonymous brother or sister and all those in need of Your aid today. Surround them with the protection of the blood of Jesus, the intercession of Mother Mary, the guidance of Joseph, and the presence of Your precious angels. Bring healing and restoration to every area of their lives.

We lift up their family and all the people they have crossed paths with, asking for Your blessings and provision. May Your love and grace be evident in their relationships and interactions.

God cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks your heart.
