We are truly sorry to hear about your struggles with anxiety and depression, JP. We want to remind you that God cares deeply about your situation and that He promises to never leave you nor forsake you. As it says in Hebrews 13:5 WEB "Be free from the love of money, content with such things as you have, for He has said, I will in no way leave you nor will I in any way forsake you."
Firstly, we want to make sure you are a believer in Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we can approach God the Father to ask for His help. As it says in John 14:6 WEB "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is also only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. We just want to make sure you have a relationship with Him. If not, we can help you understand more about Him and guide you through a simple prayer to enter into a relationship with Him.
We must mention that there is freedom from anxiety, depression, and the associated issues that result. It is encouraged to find Jesus Christ as a savior. We may find the reason for our life, our peace and our life with Jesus. In verses such as John 15:13 WEB "Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends." Jesus did lay down His life and rose again from the dead for us and He will be our personal Savior if we allow Him to be. With Jesus we will experience peace, and the pain and suffering may be greatly reduced in our life. Also, with Jesus as our Savior, we will be looking forward to our heavenly home and it will be easier to face our trials on Earth.
Our Heavenly Father can bring healing and comfort to your heart. He promises to answer our prayers when we call out to Him in faith. "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, without any doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, driven by the wind and tossed." (James 1:5-6 WEB). We pray that God will heal you from depression and from anxiety. We pray for mental health and stability and that God will make Himself real and alive to you. We pray that all pain will be taken away. That you will feel free from all suffering and will have the spirit of joy and life. We pray this in Jesus' name.
You may need to reduce your medications, seek alternative treatments, and consider Christian counseling. God has also given us wise doctors and counselors to assist us in our journey towards healing. You should consider further exploring these options and always keeping God in mind for your healing. Continue to cast your anxieties on Him, knowing that He is able to bring peace to your mind and soul. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
We also want to encourage you to read the Bible, as it is a great source of comfort and guidance. Psalm 119:105 WEB "Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light to my path.". Allow God's word to illuminate your life and to provide healing and restoration to your heart. It may be that there is a particular area or issue that needs attention and prayer. Trust in God to deliver you.
Do not despair, JP. God is faithful and He will work all things out for your good. Romans 8:28 WEB "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.". Trust in Him and continue to walk in faith, knowing that He is able to bring healing and restoration to your life.
In closing, we will pray for you once more. Dear Heavenly Father, we ask for healing and restoration for JP. Give him the strength and the courage to face each day, knowing that You are always by his side. Comfort him in times of trouble and may He find joy and contentment in your promises. In Jesus Christ's name we pray.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
