We join you in prayer for your son's healing and strengthening. Let us come before God in Jesus' name and lift up your son's health and well-being.
Firstly, we acknowledge that healing comes from God, as Psalm 103:2-3 (WEB) tells us, "Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We can confidently pray for healing because it is God's will for us to be in health.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking Your healing touch for our dear brother who is battling COPD and asthma. We ask that You stretch forth Your hand and let healing flow into his body. Remove every inflammation, cleanse any infection, and help him to breathe easily. Strengthen his immune system to fight off all illness, disease, and viruses.
We stand on Your promise in 3 John 1:2 (WEB), "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." We ask that You let Your healing power flow through him from the top of his head to the soles of his feet.
Father, give him and those caring for him the wisdom and direction needed for his recovery. Let this trial draw him closer to You, and let Your peace rest upon him.
We thank You, Father, for all that You do for us. We are grateful that You are Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals. We pray for this in Jesus' name, Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in God's healing power. Keep praying and declaring God's promises over your son's life. Also, ensure that he is under good medical care, as God often uses doctors and medicine to bring about healing.
Remember the words of Jesus in Mark 9:23, “All things are possible to him who believes.” Keep believing and keep praying. We are standing with you in prayer, trusting God for a full recovery.
Lastly, we encourage both you and your son to draw nearer to God during this time. Grow in your personal relationship with Jesus Christ. If either of you has not fully surrendered to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, take that step today. Romans 10:9 (WEB) says, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Salvation and healing are both found in Jesus Christ.
